Terms and Conditions

1. Accounts and sign-in

You may browse and download free Apps without an account. To purchase paid Apps or access your order history and license keys, you must sign in using a valid email address and the one-time password (OTP) sent to it. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure.

2. Orders and payment

• All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are GST inclusive.
• Payment is processed by Stripe. By submitting a payment, you authorise Stripe to charge your nominated payment method.
• An order is confirmed only after Stripe reports a successful payment. We will then issue your license key(s) by email.
• You may check out as a guest or while signed in. Guest orders are tied to the email address you provide and cannot be retrieved through an account afterwards.

3. License keys and activation

• Each paid App is supplied with one or more unique license keys, one per quantity purchased.
• Each license key may be activated against a maximum of three (3) distinct organisation environments. Once this limit is reached, the key can no longer be activated and a new license must be purchased.
• License keys are personal to the purchaser. You must not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license keys.
• We may revoke a license key if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms.

4. Use of the Apps

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use each App in the organisation(s) you activate it against. You must not:

• reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble an App except to the extent permitted by law;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in an App;
• use an App to build a competing product or service;
• use the Site or any App in any way that breaches applicable law.

5. Refunds

Because Apps are delivered digitally and license keys are issued immediately upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by Australian Consumer Law. If you believe an App is defective or not as described, please contact us through the Contact Us page within 14 days of purchase and we will investigate.

6. Intellectual property

All Apps, source code, documentation, branding, and Site content are owned by JASETH DIGITAL or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are granted to you other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site and Apps are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including the Australian Consumer Law).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Site or any App is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant App in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Data Privacy page, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

9. Changes to these Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or any App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand for any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
